Divine gifts.

In the last adventure, individual Player Characters decided to either aid Kas the bloody handed or Kais the chained god. In the end of the final conflict, Kais the chained god won and defeated Kas the bloody handed once and for all.

Those players that strongly fought or aided Kais the chained god receive his blessings as follows:

Chained God's Divine boon:
Level 26
Price: N/A
Divine Boon

You gain +2 bluff

Encounter: Move action. If you are slowed or immobilized and hit with an attack, you may transfer the slowed or immobilized effect to your first target. Only one creature can have a status effect transferred to this way.

Daily: As a minor action, if you are immobilized or slowed you end that effect and transfer it to any one creature within 10 squares.

Those Player Characters that supported Kas the bloody handed (despite the outcome of the fight, it only matters who you were supporting) You gain Kas the bloody handed' training.

Blood Hand
Level 26
Training

You gain +2 bluff skill

Encounter: Minor action, after you bloody or reduce an enemy to 0 or less hit points, you may spend a healing surge to gain one of the following: heal healing surge value hit points, gain +5 attack bonus on the next melee roll, or gain concealment.

Daily power: Minor action, after you bloody or reduce an enemy to 0 or less hit points, you may spend two healing surges and expand a daily power to gain one use of the enemies encounter or rechargeable power.

If a Player Character supported neither of the parties directly, that character is a true pinnacle of neutrality and indecision and does not gain either boon.

If a Player Character supported both of the parties, then that character is a true opportunity driven dog, and gains Kas The bloody handed's training, because he would be proud.
